Buyer protection

The PDF stays in private platform storage until Stripe confirms payment. Duplicate file hashes are blocked, risky PDF features are rejected, and every ticket that does not pass configured external checks waits for manual review.

Covered

A ticket that is invalid, duplicated, materially different from the listing or not delivered after confirmed payment can qualify for a refund after review.

Not covered

Changing your mind, arriving late, failing venue rules, or an organiser refusing a transfer that was clearly disclosed is not normally covered. Event cancellation follows the organiser’s refund process.

How to report

Use the order report flow before seller payout becomes eligible, provide a clear explanation and keep any venue evidence. Payout is paused while an eligible report is reviewed.
